We shared plenty of late nights, dancing with our eyes staring in each others souls. You would smile, showing me your heart in the process. We would lose our mind in disagreements but regain our connection through compromise. Love was alive until one day we died. Too blind to see eye to eye, we fell out of touch, and could no longer grasp why we returned to our home. The late nights turned into nightmares, our dream no long had tales of fairies. We were at a distant land, lost! We never found our way back, so we went our separate ways, in search of what we once shared together.
